50 Cent

Calling all hip hop practitioners, it's that time again. Everybody in the hip hop community likes to stay business savvy especially those who would consider his or herself to be active within the industry. As such there seems to be a mysterious cult obsession with the book, The 48 Powers Of Law by Robert Greene. Many respected MCs have considered this selection to be a masterpiece and the most knowledgeable asset available. One such champion of this book is the highly successful rapping entrepreneur Curtis Jackson.

It is because so many managers, producers, and aspiring artists in the rap game have latched onto Greene's strategies that  Mr. Jackson has partnered with Robert Greene to produce The 50th Power Of Law. This tool should be used by all within the hip hop culture who wish to gain an in depth structure and greater awareness of the ins and outs that one may encounter along the way.

The goal is to win and succeed in this ugly climate of the music business. 50 Cent credits some of his acclaimed achievements to Robert's work. As you may recall 50, who was born in South Jamaica and started dealing crack at the age of 12, used the tactics in The 48 Laws to help him identify friend from foe, opportunity from opposition, and ultimately triumph over the odds.

According to ThisIs50.com, the single most defining moment in 50's life, he says, is when he completely let go of his fear. Fear nothing, and you shall succeed. This is the basic tenant of a groundbreaking collaboration between 50 and Green which includes intimate stories from 50's life on the streets and in the boardroom, as well as examples of others who have overcome adversity through understanding and practicing the 50th Law. This is a book for entrepreneurs as well as anyone interested in the extraordinary life of Curtis Jackson.

The 48 laws of power offer maneuvers for the chess game of life; The 50th Law gives you the courage to sit down at the table. The book will be released in both the US and the UK on September 8th, and will also be available in an audio version. Those in the New York City area can purchase a copy of The 50th Law and have the opportunity to have their books signed by both Curtis "50 Cent" Jackson and Robert Greene.
