50 Cent To Mentor Joaquin Phoenix?!
Posted:
Tuesday - March 10, 2009 | Comments (1)

Oscar-nominated actor Joaquin Phoenix wants to pursue a career in Hip-Hop and superstar 50 Cent has offered to mentor him.

50 really believes that Joaquin can become a successful "rapper" as long as he stays true to himself and draws on his own life experiences.

"He should write about the things that he has real interest in, the things he has been influenced by," Fifty said in an interview with BlackVoices.com.

"It's not necessary for you to be involved in criminal activity at any point in your life for you to be a part of hip-hop. You can come in and write from a totally positive perspective."

The views and opinions expressed in this blog are those of the writer and not necessarily those of Yo! Raps.

guess that may be a good decision. Personally i think if he's tested, he could't handle it. Hip hop jabs can be tough at times as well.as.damaging. Good luck
