According to TMZ, the L.A. County District Attorney has received the Chris Brown case from the LAPD.

Brown was arrested for allegedly beating Rihanna and making criminal threats. The altercation took place right before the Grammy Awards.

Brown is scheduled to make an appearance in court today (March 5) and may be charged with felony domestic battery.

"According to the police report, the argument began after Chris received a text message from a woman who wrote about getting together. During the argument, he allegedly started striking her", reports TMZ. The police report states that she ordered Chris to drive her home and "faked a call" to someone, saying, 'He's dropping me off and make sure the cops are there.'"

Interesting to see if Rihanna will show up to support Chris Brown - sounds crazy - but both are back together again. Ri Ri will not press charges against Brown.
