The Teflon Don has considered the possibility of a collaboration with Young Jeezy.
In a recent interview, Ross suggested that it was not impossible to see him working with Young Jeezy in the future.
Despite the fact that the pair have had their differences, it looks like Rick Ross, at least, is willing to move on. Young Jeezy took issue with Rick Ross’ claims of Black Mafia Family affiliation on the track B.M.F., which appeared a couple of years ago. However, Rick is ready to put past differences behind him now, it would seem.
When asked about Jeezy, Ross was not hugely enthusiastic about the idea of a joint LP. However, he was certainly ready to forget the beef. The main hindrance to creating an album with Jeezy, he explained, was that he is so caught up in work at Maybach Music Group at the moment.
"You know where I'm at and the position I'm in right now, I don't have no beef with nobody. I'm chasing that crown right now," he said. "Right now ain't the time for that. We staying focused. I'm always 'bout business; that's why I'm here. I haven't taken nothin' personal since I came in the game and I think if you in this business and plan on having longevity in this you shouldn't take nothin' personal...ain't nobody stepped on my Jordans yet, not out here. As far as I'm concerned, bring that money bag, let's shake the world up, that's what Double M-G is about."
