Drake and Chris Brown got into a fight Wednesday night (June 13) at WIP, a hot new nightclub in downtown Manhattan.

The two were at the club in the VIP section, and early reports indicated that Brown sent a bottle over to Drake. There were never any bottles sent, according to TMZ.

It is not clear what exactly started the fight, but Drake began pointing and yelling at Brown and Brown began yelling back. The two started arguing about Rihanna, and then Drake reportedly punched Brown in the face and then hit him in the mouth with a bottle.

Some have speculated that MMG rapper Meek Mill may have instigated the fight.

According to TMZ, the NYPD received a call between 4 and 5 am, but when they arrived on the scene Drake and Brown had already left, so no arrests were made.

Several members of both their entourages were still there, however. Multiple members of both crews were also involved in the fight and needed medical attention.

The club also suffered serious damage such as busted tables, broken mirrors, shattered lighting, and glass scratches on the floors.

Brown later tweeted a pic of the gash on his chin from the bottle. He also went on a mini-rant over the incident, which he later deleted.
