Just seven weeks into its life on the small screen, LL Cool J's NCIS: Los Angeles has taken the jump into syndication in a new deal.
According to reports, LL's new CBS drama has been licensed to the USA Networks, also home to shows like Law & Order and the original series NCIS.
The deal, outlined in the media today (November 6), shows the network paid a reported $2 million per episode to for weekly airings of the show.
Under the new agreement the show will air from 2011 to Fall 2013.
NCIS: Los Angeles has been raking in 17.5 million viewers since its debut.
Its high ratings prompted CBS to order full seasons.
Until its USA premiere, NCIS: Los Angeles will continue to air every Tuesday night on CBS.
