Award-winning online magazine Yo! Raps is officially announcing its second annual Yo! Awards for 2009 and giving Hip-Hop fans worldwide the opportunity to vote for their favorite artist/group in 20 prestigious categories ranging from Best New Artist, Album Of The Year, and Best Producer to the controversial Beef Of The Year.

A celebration of Hip-Hop and R&B music's finest, Yo! Raps debuted its award show in 2008 with over 50.000 total votes.

This year's Yo! Awards will recognize the outstanding work of selected nominees in 20 prestigious music categories and will honor the phenomenal star power and showmanship of the late Michael Jackson with the special I Am Music Award.

Yo! Raps will also honor a veteran rapper with the I Am Hip Hop trophy for notable contributions and outstanding significance to the Hip-Hop community during the artist's lifetime.

Voting for the 2009 Yo! Awards will start on November 16. Nominees will be announced on Monday (November 9).
