Damon Dash has been feuding with his son´s mother Linda Williams for years now and it doesn’t look like it’ll be ending anytime soon.
Damon A. Dash II, aka Boogie, is the subject of a new lawsuit and his mother feels that he is in imminent risk living with Damon Dash Sr. In court documents, Linda Williams says that she "fears for the safety and well being of her child" and that he is living in an unstable home with no supervision.
There are claims that the child was living with "not hot water and electricity" in his bedroom. The son is under restrictions from the school he attends based on his tardiness and absences which could lead to him being kicked out. The mother is claiming educational neglect.
One of the most disturbing claims is that Dash Sr. took his son to the morgue to identify an uncle who had committed suicide around Thanksgiving time. The uncle allegedly shot himself in the head and the son was there as they pulled the body out at the hospital morgue. She uses this instance to make a claim of emotional neglect.
The suit claims that Dash has a history of drug use and that his family has a history of mental illness. She wants the courts to force him to take a drug test and return the child immediately to her care and custody.
