Yo! Raps is looking for new talented writers. Potential writers are required to email a resume and include a portfolio of any of their previous work. Below you will find some positions we have open at the moment. Contact us if you think you can contribute to the magazine. All positions are currently volunteer, but may lead to pay with our growth.

NEWS EDITORS

Yo! Raps is looking for news editors. You can write news stories about the latest entertainment news whether it´s about Music, Film, Celebrities, Gossip, Rumors etc. Interns may receive press passes to events, concerts, shows, listening parties for coverage via Yo! Raps.

BLOGGER

Yo! Raps is looking for bloggers. As a blogger you can write about every topic that is related to the urban culture including Music, Fashion, Events, Politics, Celebrities etc. We are looking for bloggers who can write at least 4-5 blogs per week. Each blog will be posted on the main page and in the "Blog" section. Each blog should have at least 200+ words and can include pictures, videos etc. Interns may receive press passes to events, concerts, shows, listening parties for coverage via Yo! Raps.

REVIEWERS

Yo! Raps is looking for reviewers to write about the latest CD and movie releases. We need reviewers who can write at least 3-4 reviews per month. Yo! Raps will provide albums to the reviewers in a hardcopy or download link.

GENERAL

Staff members are considered interns and are not financially compensated for their work. You will gain valuable experience in the field of music and you will get your name out there to PR Agencies, Labels, Managers, Promoters, Printed and Online Magazines. All positions will allow you access to the entertainment industry and are great for your resume.
