After the mega success of Sin City in 2005, fans all over the world have been anxious for a sequel.

But Frank Miller and Robert Rodriguez have been busy with individual projects so they pushed and pushed the highly anticipated sequel back.

Finally Miller says that SC2 is coming, "Sin City 2 is written and we could be shooting as soon as April," he told IGN.

Miller confesses that, "It's mainly a matter of working out the details of the production. I'm hoping to do it with Robert Rodriguez again in the same circumstances that we did the first one."

Possible that Sin City 2 will hit theatres by the end of next year. Seems like both Miller and Rodriguez finally made some good progress on the sequel. Miller is currently working on The Spirit and Rodriguez will be done with Shorts by sometime early next year.
