Urban Threshold Inc, founders of the A&R Power Summit, presents the 2009 Demo Shopping/Beat Shopping Conference. The event will take place on December 5th, 2009 in NYC. It is designed to bridge the gap between aspiring producers and artists and the music industry. The conference provides attendees with the opportunity to network with high profile industry insiders and build relationships.

Each attendee will get the opportunity to meet 1 on 1, face to face with three (3) different major label A&R's for deal consideration and receive live feedback on the spot! A&R's from Universal, Warner Music, Atlantic, Jive, Sony BMG, Asylum, and Bad Boy are confirmed to sit on the listening panel.

The cost to attend this one of a kind event is $300 per producer or artist. Please log on to www.urbanbuzzfactor.com or www.talentscoutconnect.com to securely register online!

Past A&R Listening Panelists include: Jeff Dixon, Co-CEO of Disturbing Tha Peace, Lenny S, VP of A&R of Def Jam, Riggs Morales, Director of A&R of Shady Records, Dre Mckenzie, Director of A&R of G-Unit, Tone Capone, VP of Universal, Wayne Williams, VP Of A&R of Jive Records, Eric Beasley, Director of A&R of Asylum and many more.

Equally important, the Demo Shopping/Beat Shopping Conference features very educational and enlightening class room lectures regarding publishing, distribution and marketing.

The mission of the Demo Shopping/Beat Shopping Conference is to give talented artists and producers, who have few connections or resources, the chance to get their music heard and the chance to receive valuable business information regarding the music industry.

The views and opinions expressed in this blog are those of the writer and not necessarily those of Yo! Raps.
