Premium online magazine Yo! Raps officially crowns the "Hottest Rapper In The Game" after a 1-month viewer's choice vote to see which emcee will be designated as Hip-Hop's head of state.

Hip-Hop superstar and the self-proclaimed "Best Rapper Alive", Lil Wayne, won the "Hottest Rapper In The Game" award with 24,64%. According to our Yo! Raps visitors, Weezy continues to stay on top of the game for another year followed by Jay-Z who received 20,76% of the total votes ranking on the #2 spot.

2009 was also an incredible year for newcomer and Lil Wayne's Young Money signee Drake who was one of the most hyped rappers ever in history. The Canadian MC caused a lot of noise with his blockbuster mixtape So Far Gone and its hit single Best I Ever Had that's why he finished the "Hottest Rapper In The Game" vote on the #3 place with 14,88%. Eminem who made a fantastic comeback in 2009 with his album Relapse received 12,80% of the total votes. Despite MTV, Yo! Raps knows that a "Hottest Rapper In The Game" list can not be complete without the Detroit MC who is ranking on the #4 spot followed by The Game (4,12%) and 50 Cent (3,46%).

Below are the final results:

1. Lil Wayne 24,64%

2. Jay-Z 20,76%

3. Drake 14,88%

4. Eminem 12,80%

5. The Game 4,12%

6. 50 Cent 3,46%

7. Kanye West 3,22%

8. Raekwon 2,61%

9. Plies/Rick Ross 2,37%

10. Joe Budden 2,32%

11. Fabolous 2,18%

12. Jadakiss 1,99%

13. Kid Cudi 1,28%

14. Soulja Boy 1%

What do you think about the "Hottest Rapper In The Game" results? Do you agree to the Top 10 list or do you think a rapper deserves a better ranking?
