Beanie Sigel Airs His Grievances Against Jay-Z In "Average Cat"

Beanie Siegel

It's early Friday morning here in NYC, and the day is starting off with some drama! A few hours ago, Kay Slay debuted a brand new track by Beanie Sigel called Average Cat on Hot 97, and it sounds like it's going to be a hit, but not on the strength of Jay-Z.

Check out some of the words Sigel has for his once close friend:

"The rapper Shawn called the police on me/ 'cause I was front row at the Blueprint 3/ Sh*t, I just wanted to see him MC, and reminisce on when we was the R.O.C./ But he called all the cops, not only that he brought out the Feds/ So that's telling me 'F*ck You Sigel'/ So 'F*ck you too' and 'F*ck Bleek three'."

But if you listen to the track in its entirety, it's clear that Sigel is motivated by hurt feelings and not ill will or malice, which typically motivates most other Hip-Hop beefs.

At the end of the day, this sounds like something that can be cleared up out of the public eye and behind closed doors without all the back and forth drama of a 50 Cent/The Game beef.

As a west coast artist I don't think beanie brought street cred to the ROC I thought they had cred when they started don't know if it's true but I noticed once you go corporate and become the king everybody throws rocks at the throne. Well I got a force field so when I hit the throne I am not worried!!! Lol!!!
